1. “User” in the context of these terms is a person who has registered with their personal information in the www.speakly.me environment or through the iOS or Android Speakly app and has received a password-protected account for usage.
2. Service Provider shares language learning-related recommendations and teachings with the User, based on their needs, that are specified by the User’s current level in the program.
3. The User acknowledges that individual results are not the same for everybody and may differ for each person individually.

To purchase the Speakly language-learning services on either www.speakly.me or via the Speakly Android and iOS applications, the User must choose a study plan (one month, twelve months, the Lifetime plan, or the Family Lifetime plan). One-month and twelve-month plans are recurring plans. The Lifetime and Family Lifetime plans are purchased with a one-time payment, and they are active for 100 years or until the service is not available on at least one of the noted platforms. After selecting the desired package, the User is shown the total amount of the purchase, after which point the User will make the payment. The website payment can be made either through PayPal, Stripe, or bank links provided by Maksekeskus AS. In the case of a successful purchase, the service will be activated immediately through an automatic activation of the purchased study plan. All packages purchased on the website are recurring (i.e., they renew automatically at specific intervals), and they can be managed on the User’s personal Speakly account. Payments performed in the Speakly Android and iOS apps are also recurring. The User’s subscription can be managed directly by the User through their Google Play or App Store account, depending on which platform was involved during the payment process. Relevant information and guidance can be found on the app payment screen before finalizing the payment (“Pricing FAQ” button) and after the subscription is activated (by opening Settings → Languages and subscriptions → FAQ). For the iOS application, the purchase is completed only through an App Store account, and the website payment methods mentioned above are not available. For the Android application, the purchase is completed only through a Google Play account, and the website payment methods mentioned above are not available. It is also possible to purchase the services through an invoice sent via e-mail if the User prefers that. In the case of a successful purchase, the package will be activated manually as soon as a Support team member is available to do so. The User will be informed via chat or e-mail by the Support team as soon as their package is activated.

1. Service Provider provides an online language-learning service that is usable through an active subscription. After the subscription expires, the User’s access to language is adjusted to the freemium offering. 2. The payments done for the Service Provider are executed by credit establishments and different companies and platforms that mediate payments. The list of payment mediators is shown in the paragraph “Purchasing the services.” 3. Services can be purchased through one-time payments (in case of the Lifetime and Family Lifetime packages) or through automatically renewing payments (i.e., recurring payments) (in case of the 1-month and the 12-month packages). The prices of the services are shown in corresponding currency on the website www.speakly.me or, in case of the in-app version of Speakly, after opening Settings → Languages and subscriptions → Get subscription. 4. The User has access to the password-protected language-learning services right after the payment has been completed. 5. The User does not have the possibility to stop the service, but they can stop their recurring subscription through the same platform where it was initiated. 6. The User has the right to withdraw from the service for 14 days after payment finalization. To do so, the User must send a withdrawal application to hello@speakly.me. The sum paid for the service will be sent back to the same account from where the initial payment was completed. Speakly OÜ is the responsible party handling the personal data of the User. By choosing Maksekeskus AS as the payment method, Speakly OÜ will send the needed personal data to Maksekeskus AS.
